Synopsis

The theories, ideas, concepts, and experiences shared and reflected in this work have sought to help the leaders of organizations and scholars in general, to understand and put into practice the meaning and scope of identifying personnel with potential and contribute to their performance improvement.

The purpose of this text led us to discuss the history of the organization in Chapter 1, which focuses on reflecting the importance that the leaders of the organizations give to the staff and how it has evolved through the various administrative schools.

To clarify the relationship of leaders and the decision-making process with staff, Chapter 2 discerns about leadership styles with their respective modes of decision and their association with the objective of increasing staff productivity.

By way of consolidating the lessons learned from the evolution of management and the role of leaders, chapter 3 addresses the contribution of organizational psychology to management.

Then in chapter 4, the contribution of knowledge management and how it relates to human potential through alignment with organizational strategy is disclosed.

Finally, in Chapter 5 the training and training confirms that the staff must be empowered to achieve their best version, making them capable of adapting quickly to changes and taking action on their decisions.

We hope that the reading of each chapter of the book is fresh and easy to understand, being able to cover all expectations by having it in your hands or digitally.

When you finish reading the book and look at the cover again, you will realize that each one sees human potential in many ways, but you will know that the most important thing is to grow with the team by being a leader on the path to achieving success. with their organizations, a personal and / or family project.
